Contemplating Diesel Project - Mad Max Rat Rod

One day I'm going to find myself a 94-98 12v 2wd Dodge, and I'm going to strip the body parts, and build something around the engine, frame and drive train.  I have in mind a lowered hotrod madmax sort of monster. I'm thinking layered bits of aluminum like the vw below...

Wow some of those are pretty incredible. If you can think it, you can build it; I say go for it! :D
