had my truck baseline done lat week on the dyno got 287 hp. installed a new sb intake system gained 31 more horse and that was over a k&n air intake system. so that got me to 318hp. on saturday i installed a garett 38r. need to fine tune the the map sensor to keep me out of limp mode with the overboost code. also i have the stock downpipe on it too right now but the new one should be here soon..

Are u running any custom tunes.....???

You should look at single shot injectors?!? That will get you over the hump.

With just the turbo and intake you might hit 380:390 hp
Without The tunes, it will hold you back. Good luck

not sure what the tune is but just with the tuner it was 287 hp.i know there around 200hp stock at the most. dont know if i want to jump into injectors yet. may just do a new hpop. hope to find out on friday what the turbo does.

What kind of chip are u running???

I have custom tunes from BDP and it's on a ts chip, go right on your PCM instead of plug and play...

i dont know its a mystery. and theres not a chip piggy backed on the pcm. its flashed onto the pcm. it came with the truck when i bought it and they didnt know what tune it was also....

My uncle has that problem going on right now, my cousin is the head mech. At ford and he recommends that u re-flash the PCM and start over... At least u know what will go on your truck from then on!!!

let us know your numbers...what year truck and what kind of trans and lift pump..... alot of small things can play big into the HP numbers

Alex.....03 dodge cummins, 6" super lift bilstien shocks, Goerend tranny, afe brute force air intake system, psc steering stabilizer, 4\'\' custom spray\'d black stright pipe to 8" stack, spray\'d black grill, 7 color glow shift gauges, AD150, smarty tnt-R, S&B air horn, limo on all back windows, 35% driver and passenger, then limo wide screen on front windshield. custom air horn set-up off of one of my semi-trucks, 35/12.50/17mud grapplers...... (next...turbo, injectors, cp3, and some head work.)

we were too busy at the shop yesterday day so some time next week, and also i was watching data stream and my icp is a little low, so i may be getting a new pump sooner then i thought so.

You may just need a tune that calls for more icp.  My 17* stock pump held 2800psi at 400+ hp with a good tune, stage IIs and a stock muffler....:D

icp was at 2100 under wot. i would have like to see more. also i had a ripple pattern on the dyno run wasent smooth on my eairly runs
