Pick your poison.I would go with John woods.He's on the west coast in holtsville california.His valve body's are the same price as bts if memory serves me right.I just bought dennis from ITP diesel/now Sinister diesels regulated return kit.I priced it to build my own or just buy dennis's.You will save a little to just buy the kit.The install is easy.Average joe with tools 4-5 hours.

i agree with snotrocket lol.  john woods is a bada$$.  i have talked to him for hours on the phone about trans problems and never bought anything from him.  you need to go on psn and pm trx370r.  his name is toby and he is from my area.

John Woods and BTS (Brian's Truck Shop, Arkansas) are the two premier Ford tranny shops in the country.  I have a BTS E4OD with 85K troublefree hard miles on it.  :D
